As you are already aware, the Inclusive Communication Essex (ICE) team has transferred into the Essex Learning Disability Partnership within the NHS. As part of this transfer we will be moving to new offices early in January. Our new address will be:

Whilst we move we will be unable to issue any new loans. However, if you currently have items on loan you can keep them until the end of the specified loan period. If you have finished with the item you can still return them to your local library for onward delivery to Witham library.
We will write to you again in the New Year to explain the new process for borrowing from us.
